Located in Richmond, CA, Country Club VistaHomeowners Association is "The Bay Area's most remarkable address". The Homeowners Association is responsible for the budget, overseeing the maintenance of the common area, and maintaining the governing documents (including the CC&Rs, Bylaws, parking rules, etc.). In addition, the Association must approve all landscaping, external structures, architectural changes, painting projects, etc.

Incorporated in August of 2000, the Association was founded to help ensure that all of our community areas are properly and professionally maintained.

This web site is for the benefit of all residents. In partnership with the Board of Directors and your Management Team, information about the Association can be shared in an efficient and user friendly manner. It also can be used to assist any new or prospective members of the community to gain a better understanding and appreciation for what Country Club Vista has to offer. We welcome and encourage your constructive feedback and suggestions.

Country Club Vista is professionally managed by Association Communications, Inc. (ACI).
ACI is an Accredited Community Management Firm with the California Association of Community Managers.

ACI’s office hours (except on Federal holidays) are:
Monday through Thursday:  9AM to 5PM
Friday:  9AM to 1PM
We are closed daily for lunch from 12PM to 12:30PM

In the event of an emergency affecting life, limb or property, dial 911.  If you need assistance with an urgent Association matter after-hours, during a Federal holiday, or on a weekend, please call: (925) 283-4900 - Press “5”. The answering service will take your call and your concerns will be handled as appropriate. Examples of Association-related, after-hours concerns could be an irrigation leak in common area landscaping or a common area tree that needs attention.
